  • Noodles - one pack (200 g)
  • Carrot-1 (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1 (finely lengthened long)
  • Leaf cabbage - one cup (finely chopped)
  • Oil or Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - a little spoon
  • Black pepper powder - one quarter teaspoon
  • Ginger - One inch long piece (finely cut) if you want
  • Chili Sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons

DIRECTIONS : For Veg Noodles Recipe


Step 1 : Break the noodles and make them a little smaller. Keep warm so much water in a vessel so that it can easily be drowned in the water with noodles. Add half a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of oil to the water.


Step 2 : After boiling water, put the noodles in boiling water and after boiling again boil for 8-10 minutes, boil the noodles until it becomes soft. turn off the fire. Remove excess water from boiled noodles and wash them with cold water.


Step 3 : Now Heat oil or butter in the pan, add ginger, carrot, capsicum and cauliflower, stirring continuously with a spoon and cook for 2/3 minutes. 


Step 4 : Now add noodles, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce and black pepper, stirring continuously with a spoon, Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.


Step 5 : Transfer to serving plates and serve with Tomato sauce or with Gravy Manchurian.

DIRECTIONS : For Aloo Matar Paneer


Step 1 : Add Tomatoes,cashews in grinder jar and make a fine paste.Add fresh cream and grind once again.

Step 2 : Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer cubes for 2/3 minutes and transfer to plate.Fry potato pieces in same remaining oil and transfer to plate.

Step 3 : Now heat a pan add chopped onion and saute for golden brown then Put cumin seeds. After adding cumin seeds, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, stir with a spoon 3-4 times, fry it, and now add the spices prepared by grinding in 1st step and cook till oil starts appearing on top of the spice.

Step 4 : When oil starts appearing on spices then Fried paneer,Potatoes and Green Peas mix all well and cook for 1 minutes.

Step 5 : Now add 1/2 cup of water for gravy and add water according to you.Bring mixture to boil over medium flame.When boiling start then reduce flame to low and cook for 4/5 minutes or until gravy become thick.

Step 6 : Turn of the flame and let curry sit for 10 minutes before serving 

Finally : Aloo Matar Paneer is ready garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with chapati,naan or Jeera rice.

Step 1 : Wash all the mushroom well.Dry them with kitchen towel and cut them.If mushrooms are too dirty from outer then wash and peel them gently otherwise no need to do this.Remove stems,slice cleaned mushrooms.

Step 2 : Add 1 or 2 table spoon butter in the pan and heat until it is melted. Put ginger,chopped white onion, chopped garlic cloves,ginger paste in butter and fry lightly.

Step 3 : Now add chopped mushrooms, salt, black pepper, mix all ingredients well, and cover them with lid, let them cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.Uncover the lid and check they will shrink in size and release water,Cook for 2/3 minutes again without lid so that mushrooms become soft.

Step 4 : When water is almost absorbed then  remove approx 3 tablespoon mushrooms in plate and keep aside and put remaining mushroom in grinder jar with some water and grind them make a thin paste.

Step 5 : Now add cooked mushrooms which we leave in plate and grind ed mushrooms paste in pan.Add 2 cups of water,allow them to one boil after 2-3 minutes of boiling water,add corn starch stiring continuously to dissolve the lumps in the soup, boil the soup for 2-3 minutes, add 1 table spoon cream, turn off the flame.

Step 6 : Mix 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and mix it.

Step 1 : Cut the broccoli pieces in small size and wash them in running water.Boil water in pan and add 2 teaspoon salt in water.When water boiling then add all broccoli pieces in Boiling water for a minutes.Turn of the flame and leave broccoli in hot water for 5 minutes.

Step 2 : Wash tomatoes and cut into large pieces.Peel the stalk of broccoli and chop finely. Peel ginger and make small pieces or you can Ginger paste .

Step 3 : Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoon butter. Add black pepper,cinnamon stick to the butter and lightly roast them. Add tomato and broccoli stalk pieces and add some water and cover them, cook for 6-7 minutes

Step 4 : Now check the broccoli stalks become soft, if not, then cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn of the flame. When cooled, Grind the Broccoli stalks, Spinach,tomatoes ,masala and half boiled broccoli pieces in a jar and make a fine paste.


Step 5 : Put the broccoli Paste in the pan, mix 4 cups of Veg stock water and salt according to the taste.Add Cream  and Boil the soup for 4-5 minutes.Turn of the flame.

DIRECTIONS : For Paneer Paratha


Step 1 : Filter the Wheat flour and take it out in a bowl. Put half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in the Flour, .Knead a soft dough with the help of lukewarm water.cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes to be set in room temperature.


Step 2 : Grate the paneer and boiled potatoes in Bowl and add green chilies, ginger, green coriander, coriander powder, red pepper powder,Lemon juice and salt.Mix all well together. Filling is ready for paneer Paranthas.


Step 3 : Uncover the dough and knead little bit once again and divide into 7/8 equal parts and make them lemon size balls.


Step 4 : Take one dough ball and press it gently with your palm or roll it on roller board give it chapati shape.Take dry wheat flour in other bowl and coat chapati in dry wheat flour.


Step 5 : Now place chapati on roti roller board putt 2/3 teaspoon mixture in center of chapati then wrap it from all sides make again ball,press with palm and roll it out on roti roller board (Chakla)into 1/5 inch thick circular Prataha like Roti.

Step 6 : Heat Tawa on medium flame.When tawa is hot then place rolled paneer paratha over it.Spread oil over the Paratha and cook for 30 seconds then flip other side and spread oil again other side with spoon and cook 30 seconds over low flame.

Finally : When golden brown spots appear on paratha from both sides it means cook completely.Transfer to serving plate spread butter over it and serve with Thick Curd and pickle.

DIRECTIONS : For Pizza Dough


Step 1 : Take a bowl and add 3 cup of lukewarm water. Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast seeds and cover the the bowl and keep it for 4-5 minutes.


Step 2 : Filter Maida by filtering it in a vessel. Mix olive oil and salt in the Maida and mix well. With the help of yeast water, Which we prepare before it in Step 1,mix all and knead flour maida and make a dough knead it for 5-7 minutes or turns the maida smooth. Spread some olive oil on kneaded dough with hand and keep it in a deep vessel, cover it with Kitchen Towel and keep it in a hot place. The dough gets double in 2/3 hours. The dough is ready to make pizza.

Step 3 : After 2/3 Hours when dough is completely ready.Take out from Vessel and knead once again then roll it to roller board to 10 inches in diameter round shape, and make Half cm thick pizza base. 

Step 4 : Preheat the oven on convection mode at 220 degree Celsius,Chop all the vegetables in microwave safe bowl capsicums ,onions,tomatoes and mushrooms.Microwave all these veggies for around 30 seconds.  


Step 5 : Place the Pizza base in Pizza tray and spread Tomatoes sauce evenly on Pizza base
and spread all the veggies which we prepare in step 4 over the spreaded tomato sauce .Then Put grated mozzarella cheese top of pizza and sprinkle some Chili flakes.

Step 6 : After topping now Place Pizza tray in Pre-Heated Oven at 220 degree celsius and set timer for 20 minutes or till cheese melts.

Step 1 : First of all Boil the potatoes and green peas till softer.If you are using frozen peas then no need to boil them.You can use directly.


Step 2 : Take a bowl and add ghee, salt and All purpose flour mix all well and Prepare a hard dough with the help of half cup of lukewarm water. Cover the dough for 20 minutes to be set.


Step 3 : Heat 2 tablespoon oil in pan over medium flame.Add ajwain,chopped green chilies and ginger garlic paste.Cook for 1 minutes.


Step 4 : Then add boiled green peas,coriander powder,garam masala,red chili powder and cook for a minutes.


Step 5 : Now Add peeled and mashed potatoes,Salt.Mix all well and cook for 5/6 minutes over medium flame.Then add Chopped green coriander.Turn of the flame and transfer a bowl and leave for cool down in normal temperature.Mixture is ready for filing.


Step 6 : Take a portion from dough and Make round balls then put it over rolling board and roll it out into round shape like Chapati 5/6 inch diameter.Then cut from halves.Spread little oil or water cut side edges.


Step 7 : Take one half cut chapati and give it shape like cone by folding from both sides of chapati and pressing them to seal the sides.


Step 8 : Now fill the cone with 2/3 teaspoon with filing Mixture and and press tightly with your thumb and seal them.Prepare all samosa like that.


Step 9 : Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan over medium flame.Put 4-5 samosas in hot oil at a time.do not over crowded.Reduce the flame to low flame.Deep fry them low flame.until they turn golden brown from all side or looks crisper.


Finally : Transfer to plate Aloo Samosa is ready.Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup's
