INGREDIENTS: For Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe
  • 2/3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  •  Pinch of Salt
  • 3/4 Cup unsweetened coco powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract 
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cups maida/flour
  • Butter
  • 1 Cup Condensed milk 


INGREDIENTS : For Icing 
  • 1/2 cup of Full heavy cream
  • 200 Grams Chocolate cut in small pieces 
  • one tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS : For Eggless Chocolate Cake

Step 1 : First of all Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 : Now Melt butter in Pan over low flame then transfer butter in Bowl.Remember do not boil it otherwise will be waste.When butter is done keep bowl aside for cool down in room temperature.

Step 3 : Grease all inside surface of baking pan 6 or 9 inch with butter or olive oil with the help of brush or napkin.You can use cooking spray as well for greasing.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Maida,Coco-Powder,Baking Powder, Baking Soda mix all well with whisk and keep aside.

Step 5 : Add Water in cooled melted butter and mix well then add condensed Milk into it mix well with whisk then add Vanilla extracts and mix again.

Step 6 : Now add dry Mixture in it which we prepare in 4th step.Mix all well with Spoon avoid lumps in mixture.Do not over mix otherwise cake will be not softer.

Step 7 : Take Greased Pan.Which we did greasing in 3rd step.Pour all mixture in it.

Step 8 : Place pan in Pre-Heated Oven and Bake for 30 Minutes.Whether check the cake is cooked or not by inserting tooth pick in center of the cake and pull out if toothpick is clean it means cake is cooked if not then cook cake for another minutes.

Step 9 : When cake cooked then take out from oven and let it cool down for 10 minutes in room temperature.Run the Knife sides of Cake.Place Plate or rack over the pan then flip pan and rack together and Tap the pan gently to remove easily cake on rack or plate. 

Step 10 : Now keep aside and leave it for cool down completely for 2 hours

Now Its Time For Frosting

Step 11 : Cut small chocolate pieces in bowl.

Step 12 :Heat a pan and add full heavy cream and butter in pan and bring them Boil over medium flame.Turn of the flame.Add hot boiled milk in chocolate bowl.Leave it for 2/3 minutes chocolate begins melting.

Step 13 : Now Mix it with whisk until it looks smooth and shiny.Mixture looks dull in starting but it will turns very shiny after through mixing.it will take around 10 minutes.Frosting is ready.

Step 14 : Place cooling cake rack over the plate and Pour mixture over the cake and spread it evenly with knife or spatula.Leave it for 2 hours again to be set

Finally : Egg less chocolate cake is ready.
