Chinese Fried Rice

Serves                       : 2 people

INGREDIENTS : Chinese Fried Rice

  • 2 cups of Basmati steamed rice
  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup French beans finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Paneer cut into small square pieces
  • 1/4 Capsicum finely chopped
  • Half cup spring onion
  • Green Coriander  finely chopped
  • Oil  2-4 tablespoons
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chili 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 inch grated Ginger - 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ajinomoto 
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soya Sauce 
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar

DIRECTIONSChinese Fried Rice

Step 1 : First of all wash and clean vegetables in running water.Cut them into thin finely chopped and slices.

Step 2 : Heat oil in pan and add small Paneer cubes and Fry them for until paneer turns into Brown from both sides.

Step 3 : Now transfer fried paneer on clean sieve for removing excess oil and keep aside in plate.

Step 4 : Now again Heat oil in pan and add finely chopped onion and chilies saute them for seconds then add chopped ginger and garlic.Saute for minutes all of them.  

Step 5 : Add all finely chopped Carrots,capsicum,cabbage,spring onion and french beans.Saute them for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6 : Add Green chili sauce, ajinomoto, soy sauce, vinegar, paneer pieces and mix well.Saute for 1 minute.

Step 7 : Add previously prepared steamed rice and mix all gently.Avoid stir too much because rice grains may break.

Step 8 : Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium flame.

Finally : Chinese Fried Rice is ready transfer to serving plates and serves with gravy Manchurian.
