Eggless Chocolate Muffin

INGREDIENTS : For Eggless Chocolate Muffin

  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour 
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 cup oil 
  • Curd
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 cup hot water 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONSFor Eggless Chocolate Muffin

Step 1 : Take a bowl and add sugar, curd and oil to it. Mix the ingredients completely until sugar dissolves completely. 

Step 2 : Now sieve all the purpose , baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder,Vanilla salt three times in the air to contain it.Please do not skip this step.

Step 3 : Add the dried ingredients to the wet ingredients, do not beat them, just mix it well. 

Step 4 : Now Scoop the batter for nether and easy to fill cupcake liner.Fill liner equally - not more than 3/4 full To get rid of any air bubbles, tap the pan slowly on the surface to preventing air bubbles.

Step 5 : Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake muffins for 20 minutes.

Step 6 :  Now Check muffins with the toothpick insert, if it gets clear then your cake is ready.

Step 7Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Then move it to the coolant rack. If you do not have a cooling rack, take them out of the pan to move forward
