Mix Vegetable soup Recipe (very easy recipe)

Vegetable soup is very beneficial for health, because it is made by mixing all the vegetables. However, soup is also made in many ways, tomatoes soup, mangi soup or baby corn soup etc. Earlier, more foreigners used to eat more, but now people of India are also very much liked. Well you can eat it anytime ... Breakfast, lunch or even dinner time too. If you make a bowl, then your simple breakfast will be done. Anyone can eat this baby, old or you. INGREDIENTS : For Mix Vegetable soup Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 chopped carrots
  • 1/2 green cabbage 
  • 1 cup french beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/3 ground black peppar
  • 2 cups water
  • vegetable stock
  • Salt as required


NOTE :

Vegetable stock: - Creating Vegetable Stock is very easy. we cut vegetables to make soup and after that we will boil the vegetables in a little water then whatever water we have is called Vegetable Stock.


DIRECTIONS : For Mix Vegetable soup Recipe


Step 1 : Cut all the veggies into small pieces.Here, I have cut all the vegetables (1/2 inch) of a size. Vegetables look good with a size bite.  

Step 2 : Add 2 tablespoon cornstarch in a small bowl then add 3 tablespoon water and mix all well.

Step 3 : Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add chopped onion and minced garlic.Saute for 1/2 minutes

Step 4 : When chopped vegetables carrot,cabbage,beans,mushroom and capsicum.Add salt.

Step 5 :Stir and cook for around 4/5 minutes.

Step 6 : Add 2/2 cup of vegetables stock. Stir well and let it to boil the mixture then add salt as required.

Step 7 : Add black paper powder,add cornstarch water mixture which we make in step 2.

Step 8 : Stir continuously for a minutes to prevent lump formation.  

Step 9 : Stir and cook for a around 8/10 minutes until  mixture turns into thicker or no smell of raw cornstarch.

Step 10 : Add vinegar and mix well.

Step 11 : Taste the soup for the seasoning at this stage and add more if required.

Finally : Turn of the flame and transfer hot soup to soup bowl and serve it with sweet sauce or cream .
