INGREDIENTS : Paneer cheese toast sandwich Recipe

  • 2 teaspoon butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cumin
  • 1 tomato small ripe
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • few finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • Salt as required
  • 1/4 red chili powder (as per your taste)
  • 1/3 garam masala powder
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 6 to 8 slices brown bread or whole weat bread or sandwich bread.

DIRECTIONS: Paneer cheese toast sandwich Recipe

Step 1: Grate 1 cup paneer and keep asides,you can crumble it.

Step 2: Heat a butter or oil in the frying pan 

Step 3:Once the butter melts add cumin and allow it to crakle

Step 4:Add onions and fry them until it turns transparent,After when it comes transparent then add Ginger-Garlic paste into onions and fry all them until it turn into aromatic.

Step 6:Add finely chopped and mashed tomato with garam masala, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry for 2/3 minutes.

Step 7: Add crumbled paneer stir and fry until everything blends well,Do not fry high flame or over cook then add coriander leaves,set this aside a plate.

Step 8: Take the bread slices.if you want cut the side crusts of slice then you can cut them.

Step 9: Spread the butter on tawa on medium flame then place the bread slices on it.lightly toast the bread slices and then flip them.

Step 10: Now quickly top the bread slices with paneer stuffing.You can add some other other veggies.Place the other slice over it and press gently.
