Chili Paneer Recipe | How To Make Chili Paneer At Home
Chili Paneer 

Preparation Time : 15 minutes 

Cooking Time : 25 minutes 

Serves : 3/4 people 



INGREDIENTS : For Chili Paneer 

  • Paneer  300 gms
  • Green Capsicum  1 (Cut in Medium Size)
  • Red Capsicum  1 (cut in medium size)
  • Corn Flour  3-4 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce - 1/4 Cup
  • Olive Oil  1/4 Cup
  • Vinegar  1/2 teaspoons
  • Soya sauce  1/2 teaspoons
  • Chili sauce  1/2 teaspoons
  • Green Chilli  2/3 chopped
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • 3/4 cloves chopped
  • Salt according to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chilly flakes 1/4 teaspoons
  • Ajino motto 1- 2 pinch
  • Green coriander leaves - 10-12



DIRECTIONS : For Chili Paneer 


Step 1 : Cut the paneer into small or medium cubes.

Step 2 : Take a Bowl and add 3 tablespoon corn flour,black pepper powder and salt with 5 tablespoons of water.Make a thick paste for coating paneer cubes. Mixture is ready.

Step 3 : Now add all paneer pieces in mixture and coat all pieces well.Keep aside for 10 minutes.


Step 4 : Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-sticky pan and spread it all around, after heating the oil, putt pieces of paneer in the pan and fry from all sides till it becomes light brown.


Step 5 : Now put the remaining oil in the pan, add ginger and green chilli, roast it, add green capsicum,red capsum and fry for 4/5 minutes, and then add roasted paneer pieces, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, black pepper, ajinomoto and salt, Saute all the ingredients are mixed well on the slow gas.


Step 6 : Putt the remaining corn floor in 1/4 cup water mix well till the stems are finished and mix it in the chilli paneer, cook the chili cheese for 3/4 minute. Stiring continuously.


Finally : Chilli Paneer is ready Garnish with coriander leave and serve hot.
